Wilson Tan Wei Sheng graduated with a first class LL.B. (Hons) Degree from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2013. He was also awarded the Best Foreign Student Award (Law Faculty) from the University of Northumbria in the same year.

He started his pupillage with Rahmat Lim & Partners where he was involved in numerous property / real estate and real estate-related transactions including property acquisitions and divestment, contractual negotiations, due diligence exercises, commercial leasings and tenancies. Samantha Khoo Kah Wuan
Samantha Khoo graduated with Bachelor of Laws from University of London (LLB). She obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in the year of 2015 and was later called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining Tam Yuen Hung & Co., Samantha Khoo had worked at Messrs. Naqiz & Partners under the Real Estate and Property Group. Subsequently, she had joined Messrs. Goh Keng Tat & Co. for a portfolio of real estate and litigation/dispute resolution.

Samantha Khoo regularly advises land owners, purchasers, body corporates and other entities in respect of the law in relation to real estate practices and have negotiated and participated on numerous types of real estate activity. Mark Cheng Sheng En
Mark Cheng Sheng En graduated from the University of Northumbria in the UK in 2013. Thereafter, he proceeded to obtain his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) for the Legal Profession Qualifying Board Malaysia (LPQB).
Prior to joining Messrs Tam Yuen Hung & Co, he had worked at Messrs C.Sukumaran & Co under the litigation and dispute resolution department.

Commercial & Corporate Litigation
- Acted as Junior Counsel in a dispute with regards to the termination of a Membership Scheme wherein the claim was for RM30 million.
- Acted as Junior Counsel for judgment creditors in an application to remove the liquidator for cause shown (Kejuruteran Letrik Man Hoe v Max-Benefit Sdn Bhd [2017] MLJU 746)
- Acted as Counsel in representing the liquidator in an application to remove the liquidator which had been successfully resisted as there was insufficient cause shown to remove the liquidator.
- Acted as Counsel in for the liquidator in an application by the liquidator for all books and statement of accounts to be released and given to the liquidator.
- Acted as Junior Counsel for 2 companies in a claim by the management corporation for management fees on the question as whether a subsequent purchaser/proprietor is liable for the outstanding fees by previous defaulting owner. (Brightvite v Pantai Towers Management Corporations & another appeal [2018] 5 MLJ 634)
General Litigation
- Acted as Counsel for a student who had failed to pay back his student loans but managed to negotiate a consent judgment for a scheduled repayment scheme.
- Acted as Junior Counsel for a private institution in the early termination of a student’s contract with the school.
- Acted and advised on Tenancies issues with regards to debts due to the landlord.
Land & Property Law
- Acted as Junior Counsel and advised for a Land Acquisition case where the amount of compensation awarded was for RM200 million.
- I have also made applications for Private Caveats, applications for replacement land titles and consent to transfer property at the Land Office.
- I have advised and drafted Joint Venture Agreements and Power of Attorneys relating to property development.
Restructuring & Insolvency
- Acted as Junior Counsel for a judgment creditor in filing a winding-up petition against a judgment debtor.
- Acted as Junior Counsel for a company in resisting a winding-up petition filed against the company for debts owed.
- Advised on Scheme of Arrangements following the Companies Act.
- Advised on the appointment of Receivers and Managers for companies and also liquidators.
Arbitration
- Acted as Junior Counsel in a dispute of a Contractors’ All Risk policy wherein the claim was for RM160 million.
- Acted as Junior Counsel in a dispute with regards to default in payments for investigative services rendered under a contract.
Banking Litigation
- Acted as Junior Counsel for the Banks in a claim by purchasers who had allegedly paid full purchase price to a developer but had since gone under receivership. (Nordin Bin Ali & Ors v Focus Development & Ors)
- Acted as Counsel for the Banks in getting Orders for Sale by defaulting purchasers of their loans.
- Acted as Counsel in getting judgment against defaulters of credit card loans and proceeding with Bankruptcy proceedings.
He is also experienced in advising and drafting business & commercial agreements for small & medium-sized companies, tenancy agreements and joint venture agreements for developers.
He also advised on matters relating to Malaysian Immigration law.
He is conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Siti Nur Zakirah binti Ahmad Kamal
Siti Nur Zakirah obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara in 2020 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2021.
Zakirah commenced her pupillage at Messrs Nazri Azmi Islinda where she was mainly exposed to sub-sale cases, completing sales and purchase transaction, handling perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, discharge of SSM, and minor corporate loan.
Zakirah then continued her practice as a Legal Associate in Messrs Yong & Rajah where she continued to expand her experience and knowledge in various conveyancing matters particularly in sale and purchase transaction for companies and individuals, banking and finance matters, direct developer cases, and minor corporate drafting.
Subsequently, she joined Tam Yuen Hung & Co in 2023 as a legal associate and will be handling conveyancing and property law related matters.
Zakirah is conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
