Wilson Tan Wei Sheng graduated with a first class LL.B. (Hons) Degree from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, United Kingdom in 2013. He was also awarded the Best Foreign Student Award (Law Faculty) from the University of Northumbria in the same year.

He started his pupillage with Rahmat Lim & Partners where he was involved in numerous property / real estate and real estate-related transactions including property acquisitions and divestment, contractual negotiations, due diligence exercises, commercial leasings and tenancies. Samantha Khoo Kah Wuan
Samantha Khoo graduated with Bachelor of Laws from University of London (LLB). She obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in the year of 2015 and was later called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016.
Prior to joining Tam Yuen Hung & Co., Samantha Khoo had worked at Messrs. Naqiz & Partners under the Real Estate and Property Group. Subsequently, she had joined Messrs. Goh Keng Tat & Co. for a portfolio of real estate and litigation/dispute resolution.

Samantha Khoo regularly advises land owners, purchasers, body corporates and other entities in respect of the law in relation to real estate practices and have negotiated and participated on numerous types of real estate activity. She is also actively engaged by local and foreign clients in relation to law in acquisition of real properties in Malaysia, differences in residential and commercial properties, imposition of stamp duty, real property gains tax as well as matters pertaining to lease and tenancy agreements.

Nicole Lee Yu Chen
Nicole Lee graduated from Cardiff University with a Second Class Honours Division One in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honours). In the following year, she passed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) in Cardiff University Law School and was awarded the grade of Very Competent.
She was then admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Later on, she was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Prior to joining Tam Yuen Hung & Co. (the Firm), Nicole Lee commenced her pupillage in Adnan Sundra & Low. Thereafter, she continued working under the Banking & Finance division, where her principal practice areas include banking and debt capital markets, covering financial transactions in both Islamic and conventional formats. She primarily attended to documentation services in relation to the issuance of corporate bonds.
Nicole will be mainly handling real estate/conveyancing matters and general litigation/dispute resolution cases in the Firm.
Nicole is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
